By transitioning the facility from a petroleum and asphalt refinery into a renewable energy production site, World Energy will provide the Paramount community with cleaner air and lower greenhouse gas emissions. Compared to previously permitted petroleum refinery operations, World Energy will complete the conversion of the facility to renewable fuels resulting in reductions of:
